Morion is the stone of the fourth face of the goddess.
This stone is quartz. Its black color is the result of natural radiation exposure. Radiation over millions of years changes its crystal lattice so much that it loses its ability to transmit light. It’s a stone of impenetrable darkness. You could say it is the product of pain and slow destruction, shaped by invisible but powerful rays. It is a stone that knows what death is because it has been through it itself. Morion is a stone in which there is no more light. It knows how to point out what has lost its power, significance and relevance to us, although for some reason it continues to be with us. It simply says, “You haven’t gotten rid of it, though it’s long overdue.” Unfulfilled promises, unfulfilled desires, unfulfilled debts, unclosed contracts, ties to things and people that no longer develop, no longer nourish us, things that have outlived their usefulness but continue to be part of our lives. Morion will help us realize what has turned from living into a shadow clinging to our consciousness and finally let it go. It doesn’t give us a break, but a chance to move on.
Who would benefit from morion?
Morion is a stone for those who are ready to see what has died but has not yet been let go. Who wants to end old cycles and make room for the new and living, but can’t make up their mind to do it or don’t know how to do it.
